Cycling

Fun, high energy cardio workout on stationary bikes.  Sprints, hills, hiit drills, hand weights and lots of sweat!

Cardio Sculpt

High energy full body workout. Mix of dumbbell work, barbell work, step and hiit intervals.

Cardio Sculpt & Step

 High energy full body workout. Mix of dumbbell work, barbell work, step and hiit intervals including steps and risors.

Muscle Pump

Power Zone Circuit

Weight training and cardio stations with high energy and great functional training exercises!

Kickboxing

A form of martial art. Using bag and gloves. Variation of kicks, punches and cardio training.

TRX -Yoga

A mix of Yoga poses, deep stretching and TRX exercises. Slow paced, calming music and fantastic flexibility and stability work.

HIIT Dance

A fun mix of dancing and hiit training.  Some songs using very light dumbbells.

Pilates

A variety of exercises using your body as resistance. Great for core strengthening, postural allignment and flexibility.

Yoga

Slowing the breathing, stretching the body, strengthening postures.  Relaxing and challenging combines.

Yoga Core

A mix of Yoga poses, stretching, balance work and core strengthening.

Zumba

Aerobic dance workout with high energy music, and Latin American inspired movements.

Wed: 5:30am Cycling; 9am Cardio Sculpt; 10am Senior Class; 6pm Kickboxing 

Thurs: 9am Zumba; 6pm Cycling

Fri: 5:30am Cycling; 9am Cardio Sculpt

Sat: 9:30am Cycling; 10:30am Yoga
