Classes have re-started as of June 15, 2020. On-line sign-up is available. Maximum of 5 members per class. We are scheduled to re-open in Phase 3 of Governor Inslee's plan for businesses. Re-open date may change as we learn more. See below for Covid-19 related updates.
Members are allowed to bring in guests for a daily fee of $10+tax. All guests must sign waiver.
If you would like to come check out the gym, no problem! Use the gym all day for a daily fee of $10+tax.
We have men's and women's locker rooms. Showers and ADA showers are provided. Please bring your own towel and hygiene products. During Phase 2 of re-opening, locker room and shower use is prohibited.
Please fill out our cancellation form at the front desk or via email (due to closure). Be sure to submit your cancellation 10 days prior to your billing date.
Kids Zone is closed until further notice.
Northwest Fitness will be closed until Phase 3 of Governor Inslee's plan for businesses. Closure date may be extended depending on when fitness clubs/gyms are allowed to re-open. Please see below for details on memberships, cancellations, holds and refunds.
We will be placing all of our members on HOLD for the month of May. Our normal hold rate will apply for June, 2020. The hold rate is $10 for all single member memberships and $20 for any memberships that have 2+ members on the account. If we are able to re-open earlier, our members will be able to use our facility, regardless of holds.
We realize that many of you are frustrated and so are we. We are asking all of you to please be patient. We are all in this together!
We will be taking this opportunity to spruce up the club! Our staff will be deep cleaning, cleaning carpets, fixing walls, touching up paint and reorganizing equipment. Sadly, due to Governor Inslee's statement on 3/23, we will be unable to make changes to the Power Zone or Kids Zone.
We are currently operating on limited staff and will get back to emails and voicemails as soon as we can. We are asking our members to please avoid cancelling your memberships unless you are moving or you legitimately cannot afford it. When we can, holds will be processed on a one month at a time basis. Refunds will not be issued for the month of March/April, as this closure was out of our control. We will re-evaluate moving forward. Please know that we want you to have a club to come back to. Our rent, utilities and payroll don't stop either. Please pray for those that have lost loved ones and that the worst is behind us! We will fight to get this club re-opened, but we need your help!
