Child Care

Group Fitness Classes

Classes are currently suspended.  Phase 2 will allow a maximum of 5 members per class.   See below for Covid-19 related updates.

Guests

Members are allowed to bring in guests for a daily fee of $10+tax.  All guests must sign waiver.

Drop-Ins

If you would like to come check out the gym, no problem!   Use the gym all day for a daily fee of $10+tax.

Locker rooms/Showers

We have men's and women's locker rooms.  Showers and ADA showers are provided.  Please bring your own towel and hygiene products. During Phase 1 of the "Healthy Washington" phased plan for re-opening, locker room and shower use is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Please fill out our cancellation form at the front desk or via email (if you do not feel safe to come).  Be sure to submit your cancellation 10 days prior to your billing date.

Child Care

Kids Zone is closed until further notice.

Open

Northwest Fitness is open!  Our current capacity is 20 people/hour, not including staff.  Please see below for details on memberships, cancellations, holds and refunds.

Dues

Dues will be placed back to your normal rate minus childcare. If you cannot come back at this time, please let us know.  Our normal hold rate will apply. The hold rate is $10 for all single member memberships and $20 for any memberships that have 2+ members on the account.  

Your responsibility

Please wear masks upon entry into our facility.  We will go over policies and procedures with you, at that time.

While the club is closed

We will be taking this opportunity to spruce up the club!  Our staff will be deep cleaning, cleaning carpets, fixing walls, touching up paint and reorganizing equipment. 

Memberships, cancellations, holds and refunds

We are currently operating on limited staff and will get back to emails and voicemails as soon as we can. We are asking our members to please avoid cancelling your memberships unless you are moving or you legitimately cannot afford it.  When we can, holds will be processed on a one month at a time basis.  Refunds will not be issued for the month of March/April, as this closure was out of our control. We will re-evaluate moving forward. Please know that we want you to have a club to come back to.  Our rent, utilities and payroll don't stop either.  Please pray for those that have lost loved ones and that the worst is behind us!  We will fight to get this club re-opened, but we need your help!
