I am a personal trainer/coach, fitness model, sponsored athlete, and national level competitive bodybuilder.  I am the 2013 Emerald Cup middle weight champion.  I began lifting weights as means to having more confidence and add structure to my life.  Through that, I use bodybuilding as a healthy and positive outlet to teach the same principles.  I encourage and motivate my clients and peers to compete against themselves to always improve and become a better "YOU." I have worked as a Personal Trainer and teaching Group Fitness classes since 2007. Creating my own business as a independent contractor "Fitness with Fawn" in 2009. I Graduated Ashmead College's one year Fitness Training program in 2007, and done numerous fitness Certifications & health/Fitness workshops and classes. My goal is help others create a healthy lifestyle, meet their fitness goals and offer support and encouragement. Not only is Fitness my career, it is my hobby and joy. I enjoy training for various challenges whether it is a half marathon or a bodybuilding competition. I believe when I challenge myself , I can help others even more. I would love to help you create a more active lifestyle.
